Returns You have a 30 day guarantee that starts from the date the invoice is made. This means you can return the item (if you don’t want it) or if it is faulty for a refund. A full refund will be issued if faulty or if the problem was a fault of our own otherwise a refund excluding the postage cost will be issued. We do accept items back that have been opened. Please do check the item before use, but once used we can only accept the item back if faulty (must be informed within the first 3 working days by e-mail). Return funds will be sent back to the original payment method or by cheque if paid by postal order or cheque.
